Digital products and access

Miando sells downloadable digital files and practical working tools. The product page states the format, included files, intended use and important limits. Access is provided after the payment provider confirms payment.

Permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, the purchaser may use the purchased files for their own business or client work. The original files, product listing, images and included templates may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, published as a competing template product or represented as the purchaser's own original product.

Product boundaries

Miando products are practical tools, not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, immigration, safety or regulatory advice. They do not guarantee search visibility, citations, client work, revenue, employment, regulatory approval or any other third-party outcome.

Support and corrections

If a delivered file is missing, corrupted or materially different from its published description, contact us with the order reference and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, correction or other resolution.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The payment checkout and order confirmation provide the information relevant to the individual purchase.
